Dear Neil, Although we had to cancel our party at the last minute due to the rain and a very very wet garden, we ended up with a family and just a few frriends... I have to tell you, when he opened a huge paper box with the beautifull and colourfull cake, he was happy like a little boy :D The cake looked and tasted amazing! Neil, Thank you for the two magnificent cakes that you specially baked and decorated that were donated to the Cancer Council morning tea organised by the "Inspire" ladies bible study at St Matts Church on the Corso. Your pink Owl cake was the best birthday cake ever! Everyone raved about the delicious cake (so yummy!) and was wowed by the beautiful icing. It was a real talking piece and a very generous size, it fed a lot of people. Very prompt delivery too! Thank you so much.

Neil I cannot thank you enough for creating the cake of my dreams! My 21st birthday was made that little bit more special with such a stunning and professional cake! Everyone at the party was taking pictures of it, so I'm glad it took some heat off me! You listened to my ideas and took them to make a cake I fell in love with! I didn't want to cut it for it's beauty but after one slice I had to cut all three tiers because the cake was mouthwateringly delicious! Couldn't have been happier thank you so much Neil!

The Bold and Beautiful are a fantastic group who swim from Manly beach to Shelly beach 365 days a year!
